The grade 6 class has been working with Shelbi Noble ( a visual arts student from MHC). They have been exploring elements of a story. Over the course of the last five Tuesdays the class has developed character, plot, setting and conflict in cooperative learning groups. They have looked at painting and tried to guess what the story behind the painting was and then moved into developing a short story as a class.
The video attached is an example of what they have developed.
