The grade one class would like to wish not just their mom's Happy Mother's Day but all the mothers of Riverside School.

May 9 Open House

Senior Bell Choir

Ms. Klaudt conducts the Senior Bell Choir. These girls are from grade 4,5,6 . Students performed at the open house but they also participate in the Annual Christmas Concert.  This choir is a treat to hear and Riverside School is so blessed to have such talented students and teachers.

Bring Back the Music- Strings Orchestra

This year Riverside School started our first year with the Bring Back the Music program. This is a partnership between Elm Stree, Riverside and The Medicine Hat College. Students participated in two hours of instruction a week with the College instructors. Students have come so far and we cannot wait to continue this again next year. Thank you to the instructors, MHC, Dr. Roy Wilson's family for all the support.

Our first ever Entrepreneur Fair

Last night we held out Open House to celebrate Education Week. This year we tried something new with the addition of the Entrepreneur Fair. Students from grade 4,5,6 participated in this part of event. After students chose what kind of product they wanted to make and sell they developed a business plan, did market research, set prices, made change, created advertising posters and jingles. What a great way to bring the real world into school.
